MI:9 helps us see.
Before we can dream about what could be, we must discover today's realities. MI:9 is ORCM's intelligence initiative — research and tools that help Regional Conferences and local churches see their congregations and communities with greater clarity.
MI:9 moves ministry planning beyond assumptions and anecdotes toward intelligence that can guide mission. MI:9 is one of the six Labs of the Dream Factory, and its research informs the work of the other Labs and of the Regional Conferences.
Purpose
To provide research and intelligence that helps Regional Conferences become more missionally indispensable, strategically aligned, organizationally competent, and forward-facing.
