Innovation · The Dream Factory
The Dream Factory
ORCM's innovation fellowship, where students, retirees and seasoned professionals build the future of Regional Ministry together.
How It Works
Every Lab moves through the same rhythm, from understanding, to imagination, to things that last.
01Discover · Dream · Do
Discover.
We seek understanding before action — research, listening and learning from history and from the people we serve.
02Discover · Dream · Do
Dream.
We imagine what could be — exploring new ideas, testing possibilities and designing the future of Regional Ministry.
03Discover · Dream · Do
Do.
We build — turning the best ideas into ministries, tools, experiences and institutions that last.
